Dried Kaffir Lime Leaf

Kaffir lime leaves, also called Bai Magrood, have incredible fragrance and a unique taste even when dried. They are indispensible in many Thai soups, salads, curries and stir-fried dishes. When cooking watery menus, simply tear the leaves by hand to bring out the flavour; for stir-frying, soak the leaves in warm water first before slicing them at a slanted angle with a sharp knife.
