Cowslip creeper is a fragrant yet edible flower that blooms in green and fellow bunches. The flavour is very aromatic coupled with a subtle sweetness. Thais often boiled the flowers and dipped them in chilli paste, added to stir fry called Phat Dok Salit or salad, or cooked in a clear soup with mince pork.
