Papaya Yellow

Yellow papaya, also known as pawpaw, has a deliciously sweet and rich musky taste. The skin and pulp of papaya is amber in colour and its black seeds can be found near the hollowed center of the fruits. Papaya is an excellent source of Vitamin-A and Vitamin C, so is good for eye sight and can help boost the immune system. To eat it fresh, cut the fruit longitudinally into two equal halves, scoop the seeds away, and start digging in a spoon. Alternatively, blended papaya can be used to marinate meat instead of pineapples as it contains the enzyme Papain, or even mix with milk and honey to make a rejuvenating face mask for the ladies.
